What we do
Distribution
Agape Silicon Valley delivers food, water, clothing, hygiene items, and other essential supplies to more than 20 unhoused communities throughout Santa Clara and Alameda counties. Through consistent outreach, we build relationships with individuals experiencing homelessness and provide immediate support with dignity and compassion.
Needs Assessment
Every individual has unique needs. During our outreach, we complete a confidential intake assessment to better understand each person's circumstances and identify available resources, benefits, and services that may help them on their path toward stable housing. Our commitment extends beyond a single visit. We stay connected throughout the week to provide ongoing support and encouragement.
Resource Matching
Providing food and essential supplies is only the beginning. By building trust, we are able to connect individuals with the extensive network of nonprofit organizations, government agencies, healthcare providers, and community services available throughout the region. Our goal is to help each person access the resources they need to move toward long-term stability and independence.
